1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Time & Processing

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time varies by location:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 6-9 business days
• Personalized products may require extra processing time.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

5. Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes).
• If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear reshipping charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If an order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at care@mekhush.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
